This weekend was my second time actually going on a date since I became a widow. In the beginning I was so hesitant to go but for some reason I felt like this was something that I had to do. I'm happy that I went because I ended up seeing an old friend. Unfortunately my old friend was also my date, talk about weird lol

We talked for eternity at least thats what it felt like. It felt good to laugh, cry, and yell with someone who knew what I was going through. I was giving some great advice and I haven't felt this way in a while. I walk around with a smile on my face but my spirit wasn't smiling but now I can say that it is.
