    Each and every day is an opportunity to celebrate life! Although there are countless reasons to complain about this little thing and that minor thing, does complaining make it any better? Not really. Why not choose to find the positive in every situation and celebrate that which is good about life. Paying homage to simple things like your ability to get up everyday with good health and a sound mind can elevate your spirits and those of others. Try this! When you find yourself in an aggravated mood, stop for a second and then DECIDE to let go of it and replace aggravation with gratitude for something good in your life. I guarantee it puts you in a better space!
