    Single parents Awareness

    Monday, January 28, 2008, 10:56 AM [General]

This goes out to the fellas/sistahs who, like myself, are seriously searching for a lifetime mate. Unfortunately, our society has been overloaded with beautiful women/men with extra baggage. What I mean by that is, the choice of male/female companionship has been comprimised by the sudden influx of single, beautiful men/women with children. The ages of these individuals varies. The singles out there, without child, are scarce. I don't know about you guys, but I do not want to comprimise my need for companionship, to get involved with some other "daddys-mommys-child" father/mother. You see it all equals extra baggage. Most single parents will emphasis at the onset of there relationship that they are not searching for a man/woman to assist them with caring for their child; but as the relationship deepens, you can bet your bottom dollar, that the child gets factored in. It is impossible to have feelings for the adult without having any for the the child. This blog is no disrespect for the single parents out there. I want to give my bro/sis, the heads up. The dating game is getting complicated. You have to stay on the top of your game, whatever it may be. Practicing safe sex (Say No!, A little head here and there, or use of a condom) is one way. Completing whatever your goal is in life is another. If anyone want to add to this, please feel free to do so.

    Have A Happy New Year

    Monday, December 31, 2007, 10:46 AM [General]

To me, having a Happy New Year means looking forward to good things to come, or for a better year than the one we'er leaving. In essence, Having a Happy New Year is clearly a universal thought that is circulated throughout the world. In preparations for the upcoming New Year, everyone at least adhere to some of the customs. For instance, house cleaning; getting rid of all the old stuff that is no-lomger being used, so that you coud replace it with something new. In my case, that means some serious cleaning (I mean getting down on all fours). Let us be reminded of the fact that our old stuff, is another person's new stuff. I advise everyone to utilize your local drop-off centers to assure that the less fortunate is provided for. Another custom shared is making sure that you at least have a dollar in the stash when the New Year comes around, so that continued finacial needs are met. For some that is a difficult thing to accomplish. Let us all be reminded that every year in this country, tens of thousands of people; men, women, and children, are without finacial security. They are hungry, they have no shelter, and they are not concerned about saving a dollar for tomorrow. This year has been a wonderful year for our entertainment industry, ED Lover quoted that fact. I hope that with new gained wealth, we have put a small portion aside, to be generated to help those that are less fortunate. Remember that the ultimate deed that anyone could achieve in this world is to look beyond one's self. I will have a Happy New Year, but I wish all Mankind a Happy New Year just the same......

                                                                                              Sincerly,

                                                                                                     Moses

    The Fall of an Empire

    Friday, December 28, 2007, 11:59 AM [General]

It is a fast paced world that we live in. As a historian, I've acknowledged the fact that historical events are happening at an amazing pace. If you blink, oh well you lose. For some reason or another, I know that now is the time to say when.

When President "Bushwack" was elected, I was reviewing the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire.

Ironically, it was noted that one of the causes of Rome's decline was that the Romans were fighting wars of different fronts; their resources was stretched to the limit. Historically, Rome is an example of what happens to an Empire that overendulges. Unfortunately, President "Bushwack" had overlooked that fact. He also overlooked the fact that "...All roads lead to Rome..." which meant that Rome was a metropolis; encompassing a muti-racial society. Asside from Christianity, citizens of Rome practiced a number of religions. Religious conflicts, racial tensions, and class differences is what ignited Roman socety to emplode. As a Historian, I have to wonder if mine third eye is seeng the dimise of the American Empire, as it is known. Here are the totality of catastrophic events that is leading to the destruction of our society:

The way that President "Bushwack" became leader. (Superme Court Justices). Put a bookmark next to this because it is in deed, a Historical event. The first time in history that the election of a President was not in the hands of the American people. Only the governed (the people) has the right to choose who they want to run their country. Check out the reason why the Constitution was drafted.
