    About Me: Ed Lover is synonymous with New York City radio. Ed was a part of the infamous Ed Lover and Doctor Dre Morning Show. He has been a fixture in Hip-Hop for the last 15 years. Having done it all from TV to film to books, he truly is a renaissance man. Ed was the first voice heard on Power 105.1 when the station flipped the switch in 2002. Ed switched up on NYC and moved to afternoons in 2005, where he currently holds it down from 2pm til 6pm. The current Urban Radio Personality of the year, Ed says, "Just being me is what got me here. That and a lot of good luck. I love my job!" Ed is the proud father of 4 children, who he says are the greatest gifts of his life. A pioneer, stand up comic, freestyle fanatic and avid sneaker collector is just a little bit of who Ed Lover is! Remember, when Ed Lover is on the radio, it's a celebration! 2006

    Ed,,,Love the show!!!! I can't function in the morning without my Power105.1 morning show. Everyone has me crackin up in there, between the "pick it up jokes", and the "Have you ever made love to a thug with the lights on", lol im laughin right now just typing this, and of course paternity tuedays, I can't complain, the only thing im mad at is that I can't hear the show on the weekends, but hey there has to be time to rest and get more dirt for Lady O to share with us, and of course the master mix on Fridays, you be killin them Ed, they just don't know, im in my 30's so i can relate...Be safe and keep up the good work, much love....God Bless!!!
