Kimora Lee Simmons overcharged Macy's for her beauty products and then refused to pay back the extra profit, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court. In September 2006, four months after Simmons separated from her multimillionaire husband, Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons, she signed an agreement to provide Macy's with her line of cosmetics. But then she allegedly jacked up the price of her beauty products. Simmons declined comment.

This is such a sad story to report. Sean Taylor of the Washington Redskins has died from his gunshot wounds. Doctors thought the outcome may have been different when he squeezed a nurse's hand, but he never regained consciousness. The 24 year old was shot early Monday in the upper leg. The wound damaged an artery an he suffered significant blood loss.
Miami police were investigating the attack, and just eight days earlier an intruder was reported at Taylor's home. Word has it he kept a machete in the bedroom for protection, but it did nothing to protect him from the gunshots. Both his girlfriend and his one year old daughter were in the house, but neither was hurt. Keep his family in your prayers.

Have you heard the latest? Girl, they are saying young Chris Breezy might be gettin' his Usher on! As in, there is an OLDER woman in his life. This may just be hearsay, but I figured you would want to know. They are saying his manager, Tina Davis, has been involved with the young heartthrob for the past 2 years. Hmmm. A longtime friend of Fabolous was stabbed to death inside a club on Friday, Nov. 23rd. According to cops a fight broke out between 2 women and allegedly three men attacked Shamel McKinney. Witnesses saw Mckinney, 25, stumble out of Duvet and he later died from his stab wounds at a nearby hospital. The police are seeking to interview Fabolous about the drama. Meanwhile, Shamel Mckinney was to be sentenced for crack cocaine possession on December 6th. Dang.

50 Cent says Kanye West is doing the right thing by continuing to perform in the wake of the death of his mother, Doctor Donda West. 50, who lost his own mother before he turned 10, tells the Associated Press, "That's really an unfortunate situation and I hope he can work his way through it. It's good to see him actually touring. You can work your way back into a comfortable space where you can deal with those situations...if you're active, you'll find reasons to smile, reasons to be happy."
