This idiot, Dr. Jan Adams needs to be pimp-slapped! Now, I dont' condone violence, but this dude was busted for yet ANOTHER DUI!! If you recall, this is the same surgeon who operated on Kanye's mom, Dr. Donda West, the day before she died!

He was in Cali when he was caught driving south in the north bound lanes!! Drivers called cops and reported him around 2: 45 am.  He is in jail  and awaiting arraignment.  DRAMA!!

In other Dr. Donda West news,  an Illinois trust company is trying to get $600,000 in order to close out the mortgage on her condo.  Son Kanye is in the process of handling all of the drama.
